A lifelong resident of Columbus, Kyle Edwards has been a licensed real estate agent since 2010 – earning numerous sales and achievement awards, including Columbus Realtors highest sales honor, The Presidents Prestige Award, in 2019. Furthermore, Kyle was the #1 selling individual and team through 2022 and 2023 in the KW Ohio Valley Region (Ohio, Kentucky, and Indiana), as well as consistently ranking in the top 1% of Realtors in Central Ohio.
Kyle has helped over 500 clients buy, sell, relocate and invest in real estate in Central Ohio. His clients are most impressed with his deep knowledge of the area, tireless work ethic and professional integrity. Having successfully rehabbed and sold over 15 properties himself, Kyle also works with clients who want to achieve the same success in investing, holding and/or rehabbing real estate.

Candace seamlessly integrated into our team in March 2024, bringing her expertise as our Operations Manager and Transaction Coordinator. Originally from Warren, Ohio, she moved to Columbus following her graduation from John Carroll University in 2017. With a rich background in recruiting and business management, Candace thrived in forging meaningful relationships and streamlining workflows.
Real estate has always interested Candace, offering a fast-paced environment where she excels in building connections with clients and business partners. Her innate desire to assist others has been a guiding principle in both her professional and personal endeavors. In addition to her contributions to our team, Candace founded Healthy Pup Stuff, a dog supplement company, where she positively impacts the lives of both pets and their owners.
In her free time she enjoys spending time with her husband and their dog, Arwen. They love exploring and trying new things such as hiking, trying new restaurants and gaming.
Arianna Stephey

Arianna joined our team May 2023 as an Executive Assistant and is currently working towards becoming a Licensed Real Estate Assistant. She aims to learn the business from the ground up and forge her path to become an integral part of the real estate sales team!
She grew up in a small town in Northwest Ohio (Holgate) and made the move to Columbus the summer of 2021. The ever changing market piqued Arianna’s interest, which led her to pursue Real Estate. She’s also motivated by the constant connections and relationships she is able to create in the industry and has a drive to problem solve and serve our clientele.
Outside the office, Arianna loves baking, creating DIY projects, going to karaoke in the Short North with her friends, and relaxing with her two cats, Mufasa and Chester.

Luca officially joined the Kyle Edwards team at the beginning of 2024 after obtaining his real estate license in August 2023. Originally from Northeast Ohio, Luca moved to Columbus to attend The Ohio State University and graduated with a degree in business finance. Before attending OSU, Luca played varsity basketball for West Virginia University, where he was ingrained in discipline and teamwork under the guidance of coach Bob Huggins.
Growing up, Luca was surrounded by tales of resilience stemming from his Sicilian immigrant family, to which he owes his strong work ethic and passion for real estate. He has built his own investment portfolio and intends to continue learning and investing as he grows as a real estate agent, helping clients buy, sell, and invest their own properties.
Outside of real estate, Luca enjoys staying active, learning new things, watching movies, and exploring Columbus with friends.
